B. London 2002, living and working in London. [they/them]

My work brings together the counter-aesthetics of kitsch and minimalism, through which I explore architectures of power, complicity and dispossession in Britain. I am interested in the paradoxical potential of artificial light as a means of cultivating reverie. Whilst artificial light is employed as a coercive tool under capitalism, it additionally holds the potential to foster radical imagination towards anarchist futures and anti-capitalist modes of living. I embrace inefficiency, indulgence and confusion as anti-fascist methodology.
